When do I need to order?
We are in daily dialogue with the farms. However, please ensure that you place your orders with the flowing lead times based upon source country;
For Ecuador, Colombia and Kenya we recommend ordering 6-8 days in advance – this enables the farms to cut and pack your flowers freshly and then for them to travel to the UK and out to your site via Transflor.
Where we hold stock (ordinarily for UK stores or digital retail), this can often be sent to Transflor (usually on the following day).
When are our deliveries made?
Transflor deliver nationwide and handle most of our deliveries. Regular Transflor distribution days are Friday for Saturday, Monday for Tuesday and Wednesday for Thursday.
NB- additional deliveries may be possible by prior arrangement during peak periods.
Are there minimum order quantities?
We predominantly deliver our flowers dry in boxes. Therefore, as long as you order
at least 1 full box we should be able to accommodate your requirements.
How do I pay for my order?
We require funds transferred into our account on the agreed dates for your account.
Will my flowers be fresh?
As we are not reliant on intermediaries orauctions to deliver your orders, we are confident that your flowers will be thefreshest possible. In addition, we have strict guidelines on stock-holdings and industry leading refrigeration, which are all technically approved by our expert team.
Are my flowers from accredited sources?
Yes, all of our shareholder farms are fully accredited. A list of accreditations can be found via this link Accreditation tablink. We only work with the best growers in the world, so you can rest assured that we have all bases covered in this regard.
How do the flowers arrive?
Your flowers should arrive securely packed and dry in boxes. Depending upon when you need the flowers, we recommend cutting the stems and hydrating them on arrival, as this will help your flowers to commence blooming.
What care advice should I observe?
We recommend cutting the stems and hydrating the flowers on arrival. The flowers will have been chilled and often they have travelled long-distances through our supply chain. Therefore, they are likely to be dehydrated on arrival. Observing the recommended rehydration process will enable the flowers to start their journey to bloom.
What if I need additional flowers?
Whilst most of your flowers should be ordered a week in advance, we do offer top-up opportunities where we can. In addition, please keep an eye on our Special offer’s tab for last- minute bargains that may be of interest.
Can I cancel my order?
Once we place your order with the farm it is very difficult to cancel the flowers as we are committed to the farms. Please check your orders before pressing the submit button. This will be really appreciated.
